Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are generally responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we’ve made an error with your order.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return. These include custom-cut or special order vinyl, as they are tailored specifically to your measurements and cannot be resold. Used or opened products—such as wrap films, tint rolls, or application tools—are also non-returnable. Clearance or sale items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. For hygiene and safety reasons, application tools (e.g., squeegees and blades) are not eligible for return once opened. Additionally, any products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse will not qualify for return.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@signaturewraps.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned using a trackable service at the customer’s expense (unless the item is faulty). Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?
At this time, we do not support splitting payments across multiple payment methods for a single order. Please choose one preferred method at checkout. If you’d like to use a combination of payment options (e.g., part gift card, part credit card), feel free to contact us before placing your order—we’ll do our best to assist.
